The Super Sunday Checklist

When you have a full-time job and still want to create content, sometimes you lack time to be consistent. And no matter how hard you try, you will miss your goal sometimes. But you can't ask your body to be always productive.

Some weeks, your days are so intensive you can only relax. And for those weeks, I build the Super Sunday system to increase content output and recover from any productivity slump.

So here, you can download the Super Sunday Checklist with the two main steps you need to take when using this technique.

The technique splits into two main steps:

  1. In the preparatory step, you focus on creating an accurate environment to work better over your Sunday. Here, you deal with scheduling, listing, and productivity systems. The preparatory step is a fundamental piece of your super Sunday because it gives you the correct tools to work with efficiency.
  2. In the execution step, you focus on producing as much content as possible. Here, you care about using the review-work-break cycle, limiting distractions, and sleeping well.

This infographic provides a checklist to keep track of each activity you need to plan to work at your peak. By using it, you can reach high productivity standards even if you are a busy content creator. And if you don't have enough time to follow your passion, you will keep creating somehow. But if it could be more complicated.
