Motivation is one of the three keys to self-improvement and deals with the hardest of tasks: starting work. Without this push, you won’t reach your goals.

You can improve your motivation in many ways. Some of them are related to productivity since these two treats are closely related, but most are entirely separate structures.

If you want to improve your motivation, you need to understand what motivated you first. And then replicate it. Also, learn how to manage your motivational expenses, or you will run out of it.

In my experience, I tried many techniques – some of them worked, and some didn’t. But they all left me with a lesson. So if you will allow me, I will teach it to you.
