Self-Improvement

The self-improvement era has began not so much time ago. But even if we desire to improve ourselves, we still don’t know how to do it.

My self-improvement plan splits into two-three categories: productivity, motivation, and mental health. I believe that those three characteristics can make us live more satisfying lives. But the path is difficult for those who don’t know where to start.

Productivity requires different skills than motivation. While living healthy has nothing to do with both of them. But they are all necessary for a satisfying life.

And I am no expert. But I have my techniques to enhance each of those traits. They gave me results in the past, and they keep gratifying me when I need them the most.

Try them, if you want, and let me know if they work for you too.
